Confessions Of A Track Team

In order for an athlete to succeed at track and field he or she must eat healthy every single day and stay away from junk food.
Right?
Wrong.
Well at least in our case. After almost every practice we would go out to eat at a fast food restaurant since there are so many located by the school. Did this limit our potential on the track?
Probably, but it didn't stop us from making it to the state meet all the way in Los Angeles.
