The owl from the Tootsie Pop commercial. The boy asks the owl if he knows how many licks it takes to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie pop and the owl simply licks the Tootsie Pop 2 times and then takes a bite. He concludes that it takes 3 licks to get to the center. News flash, no it doesn't. You clearly took 2 licks and a bite, not 3 licks.
